

Jennifer Silverstein, LCSW is a California endorsed Infant Family Mental Health Specialist. She has over 19 years of experience in fostering early childhood mental health, and supporting families during the transition into parenthood. Jennifer began her career as a midwife and birth doula, and as a postpartum counselor for adolescent mothers. She is a graduate of the Napa Infant-Parent Mental Health Postgraduate Fellowship, and is certified in the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics. She is trained in Triple P parenting and in Adoption Competency. She has advanced training in neurodevelopment and the impact of childhood adversity on the developing brain. Jennifer specializes in work with young children with Complex Developmental Trauma, and works extensively with children in the foster care system. She provides dyadic (relational) therapy to children and their caregivers, designed to promote healthy attachments and support mutual regulation. Jennifer is a frequent lecturer in Sonoma County, and is actively involved in community efforts to promote early childhood mental health through public education and the strengthening of service systems. She is the mother of a delightful 4-year old.


Linda Ibitz LMFT is a California endorsed Infant Family and Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist and Reflective Practice Mentor. She has worked with high risk children and families in Sonoma, Marin, and Napa counties for more than 40 years. She has extensive experience working with children who have endured developmental trauma, in settings as varied as group homes, non-profits and Child Protective Services. Linda worked for Napa County Children’s Mental Health for the past 24 years, where she continues to serve on the clinical team at the Therapeutic Child Care Center (TCCC). Linda is a 2004 graduate of the Napa Infant Parent Mental Health Post Graduate Fellowship and served as a faculty Reflective Practice Mentor for 10 years. In 2012, Linda received the T. Berry Brazelton Infant-Parent Mental Health Award of Excellence. Linda has trained in Touchpoints, Child Parent Psychotherapy, Circle of Security Parenting, Training in Adoption Competency, and the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics Phase I and II. Linda often works with children in foster care, families formed through adoption and children diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder who have co- occurring mental health symptoms. She is herself an adoptive parent.

Kelly Rathmann is a licensed clinical social worker in private practice in Santa Rosa, CA. She is a clinical supervisor for MFT and ASW trainees and associates accruing hours toward licensure at several community mental health agencies in the area. She has over a decade of experience working in various mental health settings, including residential care with children and teens in the foster care system, child and family counseling clinics, and hospitals. She has gravitated toward working with people with trauma, primarily children and families. Kelly brings a particular perspective to working with trauma and crisis intervention through the use of self, relationship, presence, and compassion. These qualities are grounded in psychodynamic training and her appreciation of the benefits of mindfulness and meditation. She is deeply connected to using play and creative process for healing and increasing awareness and connection to self, and spends much of her free time using her hands to knit, sew, and play guitar and ukulele. She is a wife and mother of three young children.
